Field Agent Support

We extend our services to provide field assistance to Property managers as needed by providing onsite assistance for the following out of office tasks:

• Entry Report and Exit Condition Photography.
• Routine Inspection Photography.

We offer the completion of reports generated from field photography as an additional service. Please note this incurs extra charges and is provided under our Virtual Admin Support category.

Viewing / Inspections Officer

Our team provides on-site assistance for Property Managers by attending open inspections and viewings for listed rental properties.

Sparkle Cleaning Services

We provide thorough and dependable sparkle cleaning solutions tailored for property agencies. Our standard services include:

• General cleaning of all surfaces.
• General bathrooms and toilet cleaning.
• Vacuuming and mopping of floor surfaces.
